A small format annoncement 33 x 21 cm, containing a short summary of measures to protect Brewers whose casks were apparently regularly withheld. The announcement once again states that it is forbidden not to return the casks to the brewers and a fine of 50 Caroli Guilders is announced for violators of this commandment.
The announcement is signed by Aris v. d. Mieden and is published by Paulus Scheltus.
